Quick answers.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is right for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure plus EPA-safe detergents and is right for siding, roofs, and anything pressure could damage. We bring both and match the method to the surface — that's the whole point.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?
High pressure absolutely can — it's how water gets behind siding and how roof shingles lose their granules. That's exactly why we soft wash those surfaces instead: low pressure plus the right cleaning solution does the work, so your home gets clean without the risk.
Are the detergents safe for my plants, pets, and family?
We use EPA-safe detergents and standard soft-wash practice — pre-wetting and rinsing surrounding landscaping. We take care around plants and pets on every job. If you have specific concerns, just tell us when we quote and we'll plan around them.
How often should I have my house washed?
For most Miami Valley homes, a soft house wash once a year keeps mold, mildew, and algae from ever taking hold. Shaded or tree-heavy properties sometimes want it a little more often. We'll give you an honest take when we see the property.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
Usually not for exterior work, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. We'll confirm the details with you when we schedule.
What areas do you serve?
Troy, Tipp City, Dayton, and the surrounding Miami Valley — including Piqua, Vandalia, Huber Heights, Englewood, and West Milton. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
